WHAT WE CHANGE?

1. User preferences test allow the app have a better algorithm to filter the emergency events priority.

2. Filters within the app allow users to adjust their preferences any time.

3. Add an option "Focus" users to choose what they want to view and get notifications.

4. Allow users have a more personalized emergency notifications.

5. Avoid useless notifications to disturb users.
